Why are First Nation Peoples and most Native Americans so hard on people with disabilities? I know that in the distant past, those that were not able to keep up with the nomadic tribes especially the elderly were left behind to fend for themselves and often ended up being live food for predators. But in this day and age where there are reservations and no constant travelling and moving of the tribe has education helped in bringing about compassion to the elderly and disabled?
